56cm Surly Cross Check in Robins Egg Blue. This frame and fork is lightly used and of course in Surly fashion it is built with 4130 cro-moly tubing and has all of the braze ons to mount fenders and racks that make this a very versatile commuter, cross ride, touring machine and daily rider. Listed below is a detailed description of components I used to build this machine up. This build is a far cry from the stock build and weighs in at 22 pounds with pedals and fenders.

Bottom Bracket is a brand new Dura Ace 7900 external bearing. Chain is a brand new Ultegra 6700 10 speed for crisp clean shifting.
Wheelset: pair of Mavic Aksium Race in Black laced with bladed spokes and are perfectly tensioned and trued both front and rear are 20 spoke. Currently wrapped with a pair of Specialized All Condition 700×23. Wheels have new rim strips and new tubes and are pumped up to about 110 psi.
Brakeset: a new unused pair of Cane Creek SCX-5 cantilevers in black with new pads, and all new cables and housing.
Headset: freshly installed Cane Creek S-3 with sealed bearings in Black with siver graphics, super smooth.
Cockpit: brand new Easton EA70 27.2 Carbon seat post, Surly Constrictor seat post clamp, new Selle San Marco Blaze saddle in black, Deda Newton 100mm stem and Easton EA50 drop bars wrapped in new Salsa Black bar tape with Black Fixation bar plugs. Since it is now the rainy season she has been outfitted with a pair of SKS35 full coverage fenders in silver.
